Post a
contact sheet to your blog and a picture of your most successful image.
Evaluate your shoot using the following questions:
·
Explain how you have set up the studio and used the
paint / props to create an image that is Fauvist in in style. (lighting, camera
angles, set up of the camera, warm/cool colours, primary/secondary colours,
complementary colours next to each other, showing brush strokes etc.)
·
What materials/props have you used to dress the scene
and how does this reference the art movement/put a new twist on it?
·
Compare your image to your inspirational images, how
have you adapted it for a modern audience? What mood/meaning were you trying to
convey and how does this relate to the Fauvist style? (consider their facial
expressions, mood and tone expressed by vibrant colours etc.)
·
Did you encounter any problems during your shoot and
how did you overcome them?
·
Did you have to adapt your idea at all, if so how?
·
How well do you think your image relates to your
research and the fauvist art movement? How will an audience recognise the movement
in your work? What signs or clues have you referenced? (link directly to specific paintings and name
them eg. Matisse ‘Woman with a hat’)
·
Which is your most successful image and why do you
think this?
·
If you were to do your shoot again what would you
improve?
